Why Instantforum and not phpBB ?

Just out of curiosity - why did you choose to run Instantforum and not phpBB, which it seems everyone else is running - or even aspBB, if the programminglanguage is the problem ?

It would seem that going with tried and tested software would be more secure than doing something that I, at least (can't really speak for anyone else), never heard of ? (not saying its a bad thing - just curious)

And what about capacity? I've seen previous free forum-hosts get ultra-slow and/or have weeks of downtime to "increase capacity" - do you have a plan for high loads, I mean, I know its a free host and all, but questions are good

Information for international customers:

We are currently preparing the english website for Forum-King. In the meantime you will be able to get your own forum in 1 Minute by doing the following:

1. surf to www.forum-king.de

2. click "Anmeldung" on the left side

3. Enter a Name of the forum, the name/nickname of the admin, a password, a valid mailadress and choose a category. Tick both of the checkboxes (I accept forum rules: Rules are simple: Nothing that is forbidden by law) and klick on "Anmeldung abschicken". You will receive an email with a link.

4. In the email click on the provided link, then a webpage will open where you can click another button that finally creates your forum. After that you receive another email with every data you need, and you can start using your own forum.

As said, we will provide this service in english shortly.
